I am currently a guest at the EXTENDED STAY AMERICA in Appleton Wisconsin.I must say that the General Manager Jason Wolfe is the worst of all time.

Everyone even animals have two ears one mouth and frankly that means you should listen more than you speak. Well the General Manager Jason has not grasped that concept yet and frankly I dont feel he ever will. He take the liberty of running someones credit card at free will which is highly disrespectful unethical n very unprofessional. He doesnt have any knowledge of his position at all.

I have had to report him for the second time to corperate which is utterly ridiculous. However the front desk attendant by the name of Molly is amazing and should be the General Manager of this location with the property id 679. Molly is very attentive compassionate and superbly knowledgeable.

The company should definetly make Molly the general manager and make Jason Wolfe resign.No guest that is paying should have to deal with Jasons crued rude and disrespectful attitude period.
